OF THE 2003 MILLER LITE
HALL OF FAME TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS

(Newport, RI) — The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina announced that it has been selected by the International Tennis Hall of Fame as official hotel of the 2003 Miller Lite Hall of Fame Tennis Championships. “We are delighted to continue our partnership with the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina for this year’s tournament. They have been a wonderful sponsor over the past few years. Our players and other sponsors really enjoy the downtown, harbor front location that the hotel offers. It is also convenient to the tournament site here at the Newport Casino,” stated Colleen Hopkins, Director of Special Events & Assistant Tournament Director.

The annual tournament, slated for July 7-13, 2003, features some of the young, rising stars of American tennis, including highly ranked James Blake, defending champion Taylor Dent, Mardy Fish, Robby Ginepri, and many others. The highly-ranked doubles
team of Bob & Mike Bryan will also return to defend their title. The Hall of Fame Championships are the only North American ATP tour event played on grass and also includes a special “Enshrinement Weekend”, a highlight of the tournament which will take place July 12-13, 2003, headlined by the enshrinement of Boris Becker.
